Ordering information

  1. For large pickup orders, please call ahead so that you will not have to wait. The minimum UPS shipping charge is $10.00. Minimum order for billing and purchase orders is $25.00. No minimum on credit card orders.

  2. Most prices do not include shipping cost. Prices are subject to change without notice. The online catalog is for reference only, there may be a short delay between a price change and an update to the website. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

  3. Raw materials are F.O.B Columbus, Ohio.

  4. Equipment is F.O.B. manufacturer.

  5. Shipments weighing less than 150 pounds can be sent U.P.S. while large orders can be sent by commercial carrier (we will send the least expensive way). We use only discounted carriers.

  6. There is an additional $9.00 charge for U.P.S C.O.D.

  7. Ohio customers include 6.75% sales tax with payment.

  8. Returns are subject to 20% restocking charge. Please call for authorization before making any returns.

  9. We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, and Discover as payment.

We only supply quality materials, however due to the variables in techniques, formulations, studio practices, kilns, and firing routines of schools and potters, prohibit us from taking responsibility for unsatisfactory results. We strongly recommend an ongoing testing routine for clays, glazes, and experiments under your usual handling and firing conditions. Do not commit a large investment to untested materials. Columbus Clay Company's only obligation with respect to any of the materials and equipment listed in this catalog shall be to replace the particular item or product shown to be defective by standard and accepted methods used in the ceramic industry. This is made in lieu of ay and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
