The hand extruder makes thousands of different solid or hollow shapes: tubes, bars, tiles, slabs — the possibilities are endless. Constructed with heavy duty steel pipe with wear and stress points case hardened to withstand all production applications. The barrel is 4" wide and holds 10 pounds of clay. An easy-to remove end cap holds the die you choose. This hand extruder comes with the hardware needed to be bolted to a wall or table and an optional stand can be purchased to attach it to the end of all Brent® SR model slabrollers. The HD model mounts to the wall. A three piece standard die set is available for a variety of solid shapes. For more intricate use of the hand extruder, a tube die set is available to make hollow round, hexagonal and square extrusions.
